On September 18, 2012 IU celebrated her 4th Anniversary in the Korean Entertainment industry. As her gift to her lovable and supportive fans, she made a song for them titled, "Uaena". The song title came from the fan cafe for IU in Korea with the same name. Uaena or U-ana, are now called for Ms. Lee Ji Eun's fans, may it be locally or internationally. Well that is according to Wikipedia. For me I accept being called Uaena or U-ana since I have no idea what name I am going with representing IU as a fan. Also IU approved of the name that she made a song dedicated to it. : )
Aside from the song, IU also prepared a gift to the lucky Uaena's in Korea. (Me so Jealous.) She posted in the U-ana fancafe her preparing a gift along with the CD with the "Uaena Song" in it. This was her post. Credits to WeHeartIU.com and the sites Staff Translator, -Hope.
